10:15 – 11:00 Introductions and share highlights from current program brochures

11:00 – 11:30 Janet’s report on name registration, mission statement, results of one-to-one conversations, discussion re membership fees

11:30 – 12:15 Small group meetings
(University and college-based groups, independents, community ed and senior center groups)
Potential topics of interest for discussion: (program ideas, speaker recommendations, strategic planning, others?)

12:15 – 1:00 Lunch (continue to work in small groups?)

1:30 – 2:30 Distance learning (computer lab)
• Demo of ITV collaboration - University for Seniors (UMD) and Crosby partnership
• University of St. Thomas proposal (Sister Marie Herbert Seiter)

2:30 – 3:00 Discussion re upcoming legislative session and potential for funding for older adult learning. Which legislator(s) could be our allies? How could current funding legislation be rewritten to benefit more ALLMn members? Appoint committee to provide legislative liaison.

3:00 – 3:30 Plans for Winona meeting (May 2009)
