This Forum will feature ALVA,
VAN’s upcoming leadership
training program. Interested
and aspiring leaders over the
age of 45 who wish to explore
this new arena of leadership are
encouraged attend our June
Forum. During the ALVA training,
which commences this Fall,
participants will learn to apply
their experience and knowledge
to matters of importance to
them. The course will help them
to plan and execute a concrete
leadership project and
to establish an ongoing
network of fellow leaders.
Graduates of ALVA
will contribute to vital
lives in vital communities.
